Where are you located?
Our office and workshop is located in Flemington, a short walk from the Newmarket station. The address is 1/4 Chatham Street.
Can you come on site?
We sure can! However, the majority of our work is done in shop, as we are much more efficient in that manner. There are situations where going on site is the best option, and we are more than happy to accommodate. For on site jobs, we charge according to our hourly rate. If you are a large distance away, then there will be a small fee for travel.
How long does the work take?
For most of our repairs and services, we do not need more than a day or two to sort things out. If there are parts that need to be ordered, it takes a while longer. We give an estimated completion time prior to beginning our work, and take your needs into consideration. If you require things done urgently, we'll make sure to do it as fast as possible.
Do you sell replacement parts?
We have certain parts in stock, such as hard drives, solid state drives, RAM, etc. If you need something that we do not have in stock, we can easily source it for you depending on what part is required, giving you a high quality part with the best deal possible.

Can you provide a invoice for tax purposes?
We sure can. Just ask, and we'll email you an invoice for the work completed.
