Simple Diagnosis - Free

For simple diagnostics, we don't charge a cent. If you know what the problem is or have a general idea, and we can quickly figure out what needs to be done, then the diagnosis is free.

Advanced Diagnosis - $30

In rare situations where the diagnostics takes a good amount of time and effort, we have a small fee of $30. Examples of this are the computer not switching on at all, beeping and not loading, and randomly restarting. If advanced diagnostics are required, we'll inform you beforehand. If it turns out to be easier than we thought, then it's considered a simple diagnosis, done for free.

Computer Repairs/Services - $60 per service

The flat rate for computer work is $60 per service. If you need more than one service provided, just let us know and we can give you a great deal. Here is a list of the computer services we provide. If it's not on the list, just ask and we'll see what we can do.

On Site Repairs/Support - $75 per hour

We prefer to do most of our jobs at our Flemington workshop, as we are much more effective that way. However, some jobs require us to come to you. Should you require us to come on site, our rate is $75 per hour.

Intensive Computer Repairs - Contact Us

90% of the time, fixing a computer is easy for us. However with certain problems, the process requires intensive work. Examples include complete laptop disassembly, multiple parts replacement, and data recovery. Should this be necessary, we'll inform you before we start, and do our best to keep prices down.
